I’m passionate about supporting organizations that make a real difference in our community. I understand the unique challenges you face, especially balancing mission-driven goals with tight budgets and changing needs. My current mission is to "do better" for my clients as an independent employee benefits consultant, bringing the breadth and depth of experience I've gained at large/publicly traded firms to a small portfolio of clients. My goal is to provide benefits guidance that truly fits your culture and values — without unnecessary complexity or cost.

Also differentiating me is my background in Corporate Accounting and HR, previous to my employee benefits career. This includes roles across industries such as property management, community banking, healthcare, non-profit, and transportation. A variety of business management and cultural experiences.

In my "off" time you'll find me rescuing, and providing forever homes for senior dogs, appreciating my large extended family, designing and maintaining my home's landscape, or simply enjoying "couch time" with my dogs and good TV.
